I am passionate about sharing things I love, whether it be for my kids, spiritual, or just plain girly and fun. It’s been a few months since my last Obsessions post, so I wanted to give you the scoop on what has my attention these days!
I heard about this tip from two health coaches that I follow, Robyn Youkilis and Shana Sweeney, and I thought it was brilliant! I put a tiny mini buddha next to my plate and he reminds me to eat slowly and mindfully. Plus, he is so cute he makes me smile 🙂
I bought this very inexpensive set on Amazon, and I shared them with my clients who also loved the idea.
Sorry guys, this one’s for the ladies! My very favorite and (relatively) super inexpensive jeans, Flying Monkey, made a distressed white for summer. LOVE!
Finally!!! Finally a protein powder that I can use in my smoothies without gagging or hating the horrible aftertaste. This one is yummy, and gives my smoothies the extra protein this pescatarian needs.
My daily smoothie:
handful of spinach
1 large kale leaf, stem removed
3 baby carrots
small piece raw broccoli
small piece raw zucchini
half a banana
one cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop Arbonne chocolate protein powder
1 Arbonne pre and probiotic pack
1 scoop collagen peptide powder
The collagen powder is a new addition, and even though I don’t eat meat, I basically ignore that this comes from it. It has no smell, flavor or color, and I know it is amazing for hair, skin, and nails. And I will admit I got sucked in because Jennifer Anniston swears by it. Make fun of me all you want, but my hair, skin and nails will rock all summer long!
I am forever putting balm on my lips and extremely dry cuticles, and this one is also supposed to be good for crows feet. I love it because it isn’t sticky at all, and soaks right into my cuticles. It is a bit pricey, but it will last a very, very, very long time. I’m banking on a year or two since a little dab goes a long way. You won’t me without it in my purse.
I am so obsessed that I don’t even know where to begin. I bought three varieties to try, and I love them all.
It has been difficult for me to find a good decaf chai, but now I can indulge in the afternoon without fear of staying up all night with this amazing Rooibos Masala Chai.
The Traditional Masala Chai won’t let you down. Especially in my favorite Chai Tea Misto. Check out how I make them here.
When I recently wrote about all of my favorite books and shows, a reader wrote me back about the book “The Art of Hearing Heartbeats” and how I must read it. Thankfully I listened, and enjoyed one of the best books I have read in years. I absolutely loved it. Add it to your list today!
What are you obsessed with these days? I’d love to know! Hit reply and let me know!
