Some days I look at my To Do List and just think to myself, “no effing way!” Then I usually laugh because it sure beats crying, and I do what I do best…I breathe.
As I breathe I begin to feel calm, and I am able to remember that my attitude creates my reality, and I have a choice. Do I want to feel overwhelmed and stressed, or in control of my day?
I have a favorite affirmation for times like this, and I hope it serves you as well.
“I get everything done with ease and grace.”
I repeat this affirmation silently until I actually believe it, which is usually about 5-10 times, but by the end of my repetitions I feel confident in my ability to truly get everything done with ease and grace.
As I flit from errand to errand, I silently repeat this affirmation as needed. It has become my absolute fav.
